“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. “We hired Kitchen Design Concepts to design and remodel our master bathroom. Not only did they deliver an amazing bathroom that met all of our requirements, they did it within the estimated time promised and within budget. Additionally, our bathroom was not your average bathroom, we needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a "curb less" shower. They came up with a design that made the entire room one level and basically a "wet room". They took the time to interview us and measure the wheelchair dimensions, my husbands eye height (for the mirror) and body height so the sink, mirror, grab bars, shower fixtures, etc. could be perfectly placed for our use. Their main crew is the nicest, most conscientious group of individuals we have ever worked with on a remodel. We will certainly use Kitchen Design Concepts again for our next remodel.”

“We hired ICO after we purchased our first home and needed the kitchen remodeled. We contacted multiple companies that provided estimates for our dream kitchen. We chose ICO to do the job and we couldn’t pick a better fit! They are very professional, detail oriented and costumer attentive! The project was done in time , in our budget and the end result was beyond our expectations! The communication was great! We got updates on every step of the process and they always made sure we know what’s being done and confirmed with us multiple times before proceeding to the next step. “I contracted Kitchen, Bath & Home ten years ago to install cabinets in my kitchen and I was so pleased, that I recently had them back to put identical cabinets over the washer and dryer in the utility room. Both experiences were superlative in the quality of the product and responsiveness of the crew. Owner Jesse Johns personally worked with me for creative storage solutions in very challenging spaces, and I couldn’t be happier. The cabinets are beautiful, functional, and after 10 years look like new. When I asked for a minor repair for a pantry pullout, Jesse offered a total redo at very reasonable cost that is much more workable and attractive. The company stands 100% behind its product, and the pride of craftsmanship shows.”
