She has a wonderful eye for color and style, and was able to guide us and tell us if she thought something we liked might not look right (and she was correct). Ken manages his subcontractors very well, so that the construction schedule runs smoothly and the project is finished in a timely manner. There were so many options from the best to mid grade material. Nothing was forced on me but I was given many options.to choose from... While we were going through renovations all the workers were respectful that we were still living in our home. I had a great project manager who I was able to contact anytime. Also I was able to consult with Kira the designer at multiple times. They were all very available. In my kitchen I really wanted a shelf above my island and Gerard the owner really made that work for me even though it was a tricky add on...I love not seeing any outlet plugs on the walls, thats a must for Gerade.They showed up everyday and meet all the deadlines..
