“We hired AWS to remodel our kitchen and adjacent mud room. I like that AWS does the work themselves and doesn't have to subcontract out the work. This made the project timeframe about 1/2 compared to others we received quotes from. Another positive to having AWS do our work is that they actually send the lead contractor out to see your space, take measurements, and give input on what may or may not work in your space. This helped us from the beginning understand what might have been an unrealistic vision for our renovations (financially and feasibility of actual space). The only negative I had with AWS was with the vendors they really pushed on us. We found products to use elsewhere and are very happy with them and are even happier with what we saved. Renovations are so expensive, so it was nice to try and save some costs (but still have quality items). We have already hired AWS for another project this year and will be looking to use them again in early 2018.”

“Our Business hired Castlerock Remodeling and Construction to do a build out for our Louisville office which included painting, building offices, changing out trim, resurfacing the bathroom floor, build a kitchenette area, and some electrical work. We have done another build out in the past with another company and the price quoted was significantly less than the final bill, but NOT with Castlerock. We were very pleased with the work that they done, pleased that they completed by their dateline they gave us, and very, very, pleased that the price quoted was the final billed price. I would definitely hire Castlerock to do any additional company related Remodeling or Construction jobs and would hire them for my own personal use as well.”

We gave Priscilla the same input that we gave 2 other kitchen renovation companies, and while the other 2 companies didn't listen well and created a plan that did not achieve our goals for the space, Priscilla came back to us with an absolute bullseye proposal. She LISTENED to us, and she CARED to get every single detail exactly as we wanted. She turned our vision into a beautiful plan and provided detailed photo-realistic renders (FAR better than the competition's plans) and then exhibited lots of patience and guidance as we fine-tuned the plan over a couple of months. She thought through every detail in the planning phase to ensure there would be no surprises on installation days. She worked very well with our general contractor, triple-checked appliance specs, and interfaced with cabinet, countertop, and lighting vendors. We ran into some difficulties (as I think you do with any major renovation), and Priscilla never wavered in her patience and can-do attitude. She respected our budget and offered very thoughtful and creative solutions to save money along the way. In the end, we have an absolutely gorgeous fully custom kitchen and wetbar that perfectly matches our vision heading into the project. We love it so much, and we thank Priscilla for bringing it to reality for us. She and Roy are really great people, and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than I do them.”
