“I hired La Villa Luxe to install hardwood floors going up the stair case and into the landing. This included installing transitions between each of five door ways on the second floor. The work is outstanding and very clean. It made a huge impact on how the entry to the house looks. The workers showed up on time and the job manager was definitely reachable and engaged.”

“Elise designed a most exquisite bathroom for my husband and me. She was very concerned about accommodating our desires of taste for style and colors and also using the space wisely. We have more storage space, the bathroom design makes it so comfortable to use, and of course, it looks stunning. She found and collected all of the decorative materials for the trim. And she designed a special mirror which turned out to be the most beautiful focal point. She connects daily with the builder to be certain of the progress and everything going to plan. We couldn't be happier with our master bathroom.”

“They did an amazing job at renovating our old, outdated bathroom into a modern, sophisticated look. Jason the owner was on -site nearly everyday of the job both working on the project and working with us to address any issues and changes we had. In the end all of the work looked very professional with outstanding tile work, and they left the house cleaner than when they started. Honestly it looks so good, it makes the rest of our house look bad. Since the project we had a leak downstairs and Jason personally came to check it out. It ended up being an old pipe that was not even in the work area or caused by the job, yet he kindly helped me to fix it quick and painlessly for no charge. I would definitely recommend Modern Development Concepts to my friends and family, and will be giving them a call when it is time to renovate the kitchen.”

“We worked with Chris Setlock during the spring of 2015 on a redesign and upgrade of our early 1990's kitchen. From the outset, and throughout the project, Chris was a pleasure to work with. He combines a strong artistic sense with solid technical knowledge of the various products and their installation, from cabinets and fixtures to floors, countertops, and backsplash. He was unfailingly courteous and professional, listened closely to our ideas, and provided excellent suggestions on design and materials, while remaining respectful of our budget. His final design concept perfectly expressed our ideas for our dream kitchen. He also helped us find our contractors, and remained closely involved during the installation process.. The result was all that we could have hoped for, and more. He has our highest recommendation.”
