“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Our experience with Preferred Kitchen & Bath has been a positive one; I would not hesitate to recommend them. The interior design expertise is present where one would not find that artistic skill at a big-box type store. The planning was thorough and all details were made clear to us. There was a wide selection from which to choose. When it came time for the installation, all workers were 'first-class'. They were skilled, courteous and on time. We love the new kitchen! Also, to their credit, any details which were not quite right have been followed up addressed promptly. Many thanks to Preferred Kitchen & Bath! They are a very high-end operation.”

“Joe and Jason Mueller were a real pleasure to work with. Joe's design sense proved extremely helpful to us. He is a visionary for making dreams come true. Jason, is a superb project manager. He was always available to answer question and or concerns. His team of sub contractors worked together like a finely tuned machine. Inspired Remodels delivered on everything that we contracted them for. In our opinion IR competitively prices their estimates. We bid our project to 3 different vendors. We choose the middle bid based on the impression that Joe left us with after interviewing him. Be assured that we never had any regrets about choosing IR to do our master bathroom. Anytime you demolish the existing room down to the studs, you expect an extended timeline to rebuild it all from scratch. IR kept this at a minimum due to the close scheduling for the rebuilding tasks. I found it extremely interesting watching the whole process of building the new shower. I took a few pictures everyday so I could reflect back on what it took to put it all together not to mention seeing the location of existing pipes and electrical inside the walls. As a whole, the sub contractors used by IR performed their jobs in an extremely high quality nature. Mark, Ulysses and unfortunately I do not remember the tile installer, delivered A+ craftsmanship and customer servicing skills. I would not hesitate to use them again. If you are thinking about engaging a contractor, Michelle and I highly recommend that you include Inspired Remodel in your selection process. You will not be disappointed”

“For our old home, they completely redesigned and modernized our kitchen. It was done on-time and beautifully. There were no surprises. For our new home, they measured and designed a fabulous two desk office with a wallbed and lots of storage, and they measured and designed a wet bar and wallbed system for our family room. Everything fit perfectly, and it was all installed promptly and on budget. The utilization of available space, the quality workmanship, and the get it done attitude are great. We love their designs and services.”

“My wife and I were looking to remodel our kitchen and remove a wall to open it into the living room. We were very nervous about being on a fixed budget and so we contacted many contractors. Specialty Remodeling’s founder, Leo, came personally and gave us by far the best presentation out of the 10 contractors we interviewed. We almost immediately knew we would choose him although we completed every other contractor interview. What makes Leo different is his genuine love for the work and his confidence and willingness to be up front, provide 3D renderings for free almost immediately after meeting and under-promising but over-delivering. Throughout the process of construction, work basically never stopped. Weekdays, weekends, he completed the job in under 2 weeks when every other contractor was saying a 3 week job would basically be a miracle and 6 weeks was the expectation. Leo is dependable, honest and just has a good energy we did not get from any of the other contractors. In particular, to honor the agreement we had made about being on a fixed budget, Leo did a full half day’s work that he did not charge us for because that had not been part of the original deal we shook on. I think that right there speaks to the quality of the man and the company that he runs. Our lives are forever changed by Leo, he walked us through the stress of a significant financial decision and left us with something truly beautiful.”

“Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”
