Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. “Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. “We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“Date Construction did excellent work in remodeling out Master Bath Room and two guest bathrooms. They listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions to make it look even better and still stay within our budget. They did quality work, completing the job on time and very promptly followed up on minor items we noticed later that needing adjusting. We were completely satisfied and felt they at least equaled and sometimes exceeded our expectations. We hired them first to remodel the Master Bath Room and were completely satisfied, so we hired them 8 months later to do the two guest bathrooms.”

I cannot believe my eyes when I look at my new bathroom...it has been updated and the tile work was spectacular. I sought 3 quotes for the project and 3D design offered the best option.
