“Last fall, we took on our first remodel project (master bath) and hired Kathie Maughan to work with us on the project. While we had the choice of just having her do a design for us, we knew we wanted the added comfort of having her handle all the details, and had her manage the project as well. This was a really good decision. Kathie made sure we felt comfortable with every phase of the project and worked hard at correcting any issues that came up. She checked in almost every day and was always available to answer my questions (even on a Saturday at one point). But beyond the pleasure of working with Kathie, is the pleasure of working with her wonderfully conscientious crew. They answered questions, explained processes and were unfailingly friendly and courteous. This is a great bunch of people to have come into your home and leave a beautiful space behind. We are truly pleased with the results and will use Maughan Design again in the future.”

Both projects were completed on time, at a fair price, with quality results, and good communication throughout. “I had Creative Tile demo and replace my bathroom and fireplaces tile backsplash. They were very helpful in having me get the right materials and correct finishing touches. Price was awesome especially since I really needed more work than I originally thought I did. I can't say enough about the quality of the team's work. It turned out even better than I thought it would. Final product was exactly what I expected after having read other reviews for Creative Tile.”
