I take no pleasure i writing a negative review. In fact Dahlia Home / Filip Georgiev came recommended by a family member that worked with him previously. What I can tell you is the quality that may have existed from their recommendation several years ago, at least in my instance, no longer exists. Without getting bogged down in the individual details of my project what I can say about working with Dahlia Home Renovations / Filip Georgiev is: - Unprofessional communication - Terrible time management - Deceptive billing practices When you're looking for a contractor, these things are critical and unfortunately Filip fell far below my expectations.

Great company to work with, Dahlia is interested in getting the job done right, on time, and on budget. If there’s any questions or concerns you can always get ahold of someone quickly and get the problem solved. If you want a clean job site, good work, accountability, and honesty, Filip is your guy.

We used Dahlia Home Renovations for a large job, including 2 full bathrooms, an entire kitchen remodel and flooring throughout our downstairs. We were very happy with the quality of work they did, as well as their attention to detail and professionalism. They are a small 2 person team, which means that some tasks might take a little longer, but the benefits of this mean that you have hands on attention and personal interaction with them every step of the way - there is no outsourcing to other crews or random people wandering around your house. This was important to us as we have young children and wanted to be sure that we knew who would be around them for such a long time frame. The project did end up going over the deadline, but we were prepared for that possibility as it seems like a common issue. This was our 1st large renovation project, so we were very much learning as we went. Filip was patient and informative from the very beginning, happily brainstorming with us and providing ideas and feedback without being overbearing. He is calm, methodical and honest, and we would not hesitate to use him and his company again! We love every moment spent in our new kitchen and bathrooms.

He have loved working with Filip and his crew. He is kind, honest, offers insight and opinions which I have always appreciated. He is thorough and his crews always trustworthy and wonderful. My 4 year old still talks about them and wants them to come over to ‘play’. They have so far revamped our kitchen and completely remodeled two bathrooms. We bought another fixer upper and I am happy to have Dahlia back to help finish our next kitchen and bathroom. I feel at ease when they are around. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Dahlia for an interior remodel project. We were converting a large open space into a separate office and mud-room. Filip and Danilo did a fantastic job. The communication and professionalism were top notch. They shared great design ideas and were able to accommodate some adjustments we requested. Overall they exceeded our expectations and we would work with them again. Very pleased!
