This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”

“Ben and his team were excellent. We were very pleased with all aspects of the kitchen remodel. The price was very fair. The project was done in a timely fashion and very professional throughout the job. When there were small problems they were quickly resolved. The kitchen was completely redone - they did all the demo, helped with design, installed cabinets, moved the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher to a new location. A granite company installed the countertops. We did have someone else instal new floor at their suggestion to save a little money (the new floor was for the living room, kitchen and laundry room). We would definitely use again.”

“Harcon Construction has been my construction company of choice since 2001. They start your project and return everyday until its completion. They do affordable quality work and they believe in cleaning up their work area every day. They have completed the following projects in our home: family room and bathroom addition in an unfinished basement, bathroom and utility room remodel and a partial kitchen remodel. They will suggest and do extra little touches that make the room a little special. I will not consider hiring anyone else.”

“I have had multiple services provided by this company and Brent in particular. I've had them install Christmas lights for 3 years now. A large project to redesign a fireplace area with drywall and granite. Enclose the back of the fireplace with drywall and a chair rail. Close up an interior window with drywall. Plumbing- kitchen faucet, tub drain and caulking. Electrical- addition of ceiling lights, basement workshop lights, workshop outlets, additional outlets for a bookcase, outdoor sensor lighting. Installation of ceiling fans. Sump pump repair, replacement of battery. Misc repairs with cabinet door hinges, minor roof repairs, installation of screen door. Every experience has been very positive. I get quick call backs, scheduling is flexible and timely. I appreciate the care in which projects are completed , from explanations and planning, quality of products and service, to clean up and follow up. Extremely professional and would eagerly recommend them, and I have to friends and family. I like that the same person can work on multiple projects and is familiar with my home and wish list. I value his recommendations and trust his guidance on repairs. Brent has a broad knowledge of all types of repairs or home enhancements. He works directly with you to offer the best solution and to help you think ahead when planning major projects. He considers the "whole home" not just the project.
