“We own a 1970s ranch that has good "bones", but other than our renovations, has only had minor cosmetic upgrades by a previous owner. Highland Design Gallery took the measure of our space, a cramped Master Bath/Closet suite, and worked up 3 different renovation designs with 3 different price points. Once we made our choice, specified our hardware, chose cabinetry (they have several beautiful lines to choose from) and our fixtures, we set a budget. We sourced our Kohler toilet because we found a complete "set" elsewhere that saved money, and they had no problem with that. The bathroom was gutted, reconfigured and then built out as a new space. Of course there were a few adjustments that had to be made--all jobs have these--but their response was professional, and the issues were resolved.
