“We first met Dan and his team when he was contracted to build the soffiting for our new central hvac system in our home. Our house was built in 1853 and nothing is square, so this was not an easy task. The team of Constructive Design took a very rough looking air duct install and made it a masterpiece. The work they did looks like it was always here and a part of the house. In fact, they did such a great job that we use them whenever we need work done on our house. Since building the soffits, we have had them back to install a wooden screen door (which involved scraping 100 years of paint off the door frame, sizing the door, fitting and painting the door), fix walls that the previous owner did a terrible job spackling, fix a roof leak, and a number of other odd jobs that I did not have time to tackle myself. In short, Dan and his team are very respectful, honest, and they do great work. The best thing we got from installing our A/C system was discovering Constructive Design!”
