“Having bought a house with "good bones," but outdated, we were willing to tackle lots of DIY projects. The complete gutting and reconfiguration of the master bath was not one of those projects, however. We visited the big box kitchen and bath departments and a number of local contractors. We came upon DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in the process and visited their design studio. After a couple of conversations with Ernest Gilbert, the owner, and a thorough check of references (including BBB and Angie's List) we asked Mr. Gilbert to visit our home and prepare a quote. To be honest, it wasn't the lowest. But we liked the thorough approach -- including a consultation with a designer on the firm's staff -- and signed a contract for the work to begin. It was a mess, for certain, but daily clean-up was done scrupulously by the staff and the attention to detail was outstanding. We're picky, but the lead carpenter on the job was even more so. He rejected work by subcontractors we might have easily accepted and never relented until the finish was perfect. We have had contractors do jobs for us in the past -- from additions to complete new construction -- but this experience was the best. We liked the result so much we have hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to now renovate our kitchen.”

“Awesome, professional and Honest company. It took a moment to find a company to do a small bathroom remodel, but I was blessed to happen KB Design They make you feel like you are their family, not a customer. The demo team was outstanding, and there was a clean up team that came in after the demo. I have had a lot of remodels, but have never experienced, the clean up after the demolish. This was always done when the job is completed. I really like this company and highly recommend them for fair, professional remodels, done with care, as if it were their own homes. Their prices are competitive and fair. During this time when COVID is the reason for Everything, cost, lack of materials, work delays, disgruntled workers, I made an excellent choice with Tampa Bay K&B. They handle the issues and make it happen, and will not settle for less. I would gladly do it again!!! Thanks Jess and all the guys”

“South Bay Home Services did a fantastic job on our remodel of our home. New tile flooring, new kitchen cabinets, opened our kitchen up and installed a beautiful counter top and installed two new vanities in both restrooms. The before and after pictures are amazing and we get so many compliments how beautiful our home looks. We are in the process of scheduling them to upgrade our shower in our master bathroom. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family. I’m so happy living in this beautiful home ❤️”

“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“Fabio installed our subfloor in the bathroom and replaced our toliet the job was not good but the job was GREAT this was a job that so called contractors could not do again Fabio did a GREAT and I would recommend him highly. PS regrettable I did not take before and after pictures the job was fantastic Mel Fox”
