I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. But in terms of how quickly they got back to me, the thoroughness in their communication, and the confidence that they gave me that they would cover every detail...they were superb! “This is the absolute best countertop and bathroom company in Colorado Springs or surrounding areas. The staff is extremely professional, and they pay very close attention to detail. JD and April make sure that everything you want is exactly what you get. The installers clean at the end of every day so there is no mess to come home to. “I reached out to Springs Home Improvement to help with a kitchen remodeling project and it turned out absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good things about Amber, Chuck, and Scott! Amber was instrumental in helping us with the design process and allowing us to bounce ideas off of her. Scott was unbelievable in managing the little day to day nuances of the project, keeping us updated on what improvements we needed to have done, and just helping us try to find a good flow and efficiency to the kitchen. I couldn't say enough good things about the whole process with this company! I would highly recommend this company and my wife and I will be reaching out to them in the near future with additional projects to our home!”

“Their service was phenomenal! They worked with us on our budget and scheduling. They pulled all the necessary permits to do the work in our building. The tile guy, Daniel, was outstanding!!!! Every worker that came into our home was respectful and professional. They all took great pride in their work and it shows. Our bathroom remodel is exquisite.”
