Over an intense two-month period, Deivid and his team worked tirelessly to meet very tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Communication was a breeze with Deivid; he was always prompt and clear in his responses, ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. His collaborative approach was particularly impressive. He partnered with us in designing the bathrooms, truly listening to our ideas and preferences to create spaces that were both functional and stylish. But Deivid's service went beyond just the bathrooms. He was incredibly accommodating, helping out with other minor fixes around the house, which speaks volumes about his dedication and customer service. “Justin restored an old staircase that had been destroyed by a previous owner when the house was subdivided into multiple units. We were restoring the house back to its original form. The required steel reinforcement of the staircase, a carver recreating the destroyed curved railing, and workworkers turning new balusters. It all went well and the staircase came out great!”

“I was very pleased with working with Pam Petritis on my kitchen remodel. The moment I met her I felt we had a good connection. I told her my price point I wanted to work with and she kept within it. She showed me samples of products that were very good quality and within my budget. I had made a few changes to the blueprints she created and every change I made she had the udates made right away. At not point in time were there ever any hidden charges or surprises. I had a very good experiance working with Pam and Plaistow Cabinets. I will and have recommended her to friends.”

“My husband and I are extremely pleased with the wonderful experience we have had so far with RIKB. We are moving from the designing stage into the ordering process. So technically we still have a few more weeks before we begin the actual renovation of our kitchen. If the rest of the process goes as well as it has, we will be posting another rave review. They take you from the design of your project through to it's final conception. Their staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their goal is to create the kitchen you want within a predetermined budget range. Well it's done. We love the results. It's like living in a brand new house. All thumbs up for RIKB!!!!! We love our new kitchen. Here are the before and after pictures. You decide. We are glad we decided to go with RIKB. It's a joy to cook and eat in our lovely new kitchen. Thanks RIKB!!!!”
