“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “I recently had the pleasure of working with Total Services AI. for a painting and moving job, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to excellence were evident, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. They took my stress away, moving to my new apartment was easy and well organized. I also hire their painters, they did a great job taking care of my hardwood floors and the trimming is beautifully done. The staff is caring and the owner very sweet. “Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”
