Bull Run Kitchen and Bath

Puntuación media: 5 de 5 estrellas3 de diciembre de 2014
“Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”

“MDC provided a full kitchen remodel, including custom cabinetry, appliances, countertops and lighting. The project focus was on improved functionality within a limited amount of square footage. The entire experience was wonderful! The designers at MDC were very easy to work with and understood our specific needs. There were no major surprises in either the product or budget. The project timeline was tight and was completed on time and on budget. MDC also helped to facilitate donation of usable, pre-existing cabinetry and countertop. Not only was the final product beautiful, but we gained at least 30% more storage in the process. Thanks to Andie and Stephanie for a great experience!”

“Warren Cabinets was very professional and honest. The design crew met with us and helped us design our kitchen exactly to our wants/needs. From the time in their showroom to when they came and measured to delivery of the cabinets they were top notch. They delivered when they said they would. The cabnets are gorgeous and high quailty. Our kitchen is featured in a gallery on Houzz. We were pleased to have them come take pictures of our finished work. We Love our new kitchen and would definately use Warren Cabinets again.”

“I was in need of a handyman to repair my toilet and to install a remote control for a ceiling fan. I contacted the company and received a response within 24 hours. He was able to fit me into his schedule that day and stopped at my home at the end of the day. He made quick work of the toilet repair. He knew exactly what the problem was because I sent him a photo of the inside of the toilet tank prior to his arrival. He came equipped with the parts that needed to be replaced and explained to me everything he was doing and why. It was nice that he took the time to educate me about the problem I had. His willingness to tell me why he was doing what he did let me know that not only did he know what he was doing, but he was also not trying to "rip me off" just because I was an "uneducated homeowner". By doing that he built a level of trust with me right from the start. When it came time to work on the ceiling fan, he first took the ceiling fan down so that he could install the remote. Since I had purchased the remote a couple of years ago (I originally bought it for another fan in my old house but ended up not using it. I accidentally broke the chain pull that allowed me to change the speed of the ceiling fan in my current home and thought that I could have the remote control installed and it would solve the problem of the broken chain.) the remote ended up being too big to fit in the fan that I had. Altin was very apologetic that he could not install the remote. It was not his fault in any way. He even attempted to fix the pull chain that I had pulled completely off the connection to the fan. Since it was broken inside a "canal" he was not able to find a way to connect the broken piece back to the small piece left inside the switch housing. I appreciated that he tried to save me the expense of having to get a new fan and I told him so and the fact that he wasn't able to fix it was not a big deal. I would purchase a new ceiling fan and install that instead. I paid him for the work that he did and expected that I would contact him to install the new fan once I purchased it. (NOTE: I did not contact Altin to install the new fan because my ex husband came over and installed it for me. He had to stop by for something else and when he saw the fan on the table he offered to put it up. It saved me almost $200 so I took him up on his offer. However, my doing so had nothing to do with my respect for Altin and his ability to do the job. Had my ex not come by when he did, I had fully intended to contact Altin and arrange for him to do the installation. If I have other work for which I need a handyman, I will definitely use Altin again. I whole-heartedly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and his rates are comparable, if not less than other handymen in my area.”

“Thomas Martins renovated our dated Kitchen with professionalism, creativity, and excellent trade craft. They used quality Kraftsmaid cabinetry which lead to a very polished looking end product. The crew were all polite and mindful of disruptive household for the 3 weeks of renovation. They kept their materials and tools tidy at the end of the day and they worked hard to meet even our "creeping requirements" within our schedule. We would recommend them for sure!”

“FABULOUS WORKMANSHIP! Are you interested in working with a tile installer who is thorough, a truly competent & skilled professional, master craftsman, with a reliable & dependable work ethic & amazing artistic skill? Then Mr. Tamas Szonok is your man. I hired Tamas to install marble tile in our living room, kitchen & eat-in area, den/office, stairs, 2nd floor hallway, & certain closets. Work began 6/3/19 & ended 6/29/19. Before work began, Tamas advised of a family commitment that would last 2 wks. starting on the 5th. BUT work would not be suspended during this time. His mentor & good friend Mr. Janos Simon filled in during his absence. OMG! Birds of a feather: quality, masterful installation or as my sisters said when they saw the pictures I sent -- “perfection!” The main color thru-out is 12” x 12” cappuccino installed in a grid pattern with splashes of 12” x” 12” emerald green in each of the rooms & 2nd fl. hallway for visual interest. The green was spaced beautifully & is eye-catching artistry. Tamas & Janos were very easy to work with, believe in doing the job right, & answered any questions I had. Customer service isn't just a slogan for them; it's their work ethic! (PS: Yes, Tamas will move/return applicable furniture & appliances; cleans up all areas & work space upon completion.)”
