“After consulting with three separate general contractors, we chose to work with the team at Advice Homes because they were able to relate to my wife and I unlike the other two contractors. From the first meeting Chris was friendly and did not give any high pressure sales approaches that we despise. We had a pretty good idea of what our vision was for our kitchen renovation. The design team took some pictures we gave them of various projects we found online and incorporated them into our own thoughts. We could not imagine that they could fit those ideas into a real life design the way they did. The construction of a kitchen is stressful if you like to cook daily. The laborers that worked on the kitchen were very mindful and understanding of our concerns for the continued use of our kitchen. Chris outlined days that we would be without the use of our stove, sink and prep area. This made it easy for us to plan. My wife found this easy and relieved her stress. Naturally this made me happy and I was thankful for the planning and heads up. The communication throughout the project was key to the overall success we felt with choosing this company. The overall project was finished in a reasonable time. There were some delays for a few furnishings but this was foreseen by Chris and we understood given the origin of the products. The quality was checked over in detail by the foreman and finally by Chris. To say that what was shown in drawings and renderings is an understatement. Everything came together and we were elated to have the finish product exactly what we desired.”

“We recently remodeled our kitchen with the help of Mega Kitchen & Bath. I visited Mega Kitchen & Bath a month ago and spoke with Nora and Ryan about redecorating my kitchen. They were completely professional courteous and helpful. They were able to help me optimize my space with new and beautiful cabinets and counter tops. They have a large inventory of beautiful stone and cabinets. We just love our kitchen! The combination of customer service, product, craftsmanship. We would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to remodel kitchen or bathroom remodel.”

“After having waterproofing done in my basement, I needed my walls and floors repaired. I saw an advertisement for SAFA Interiors and I took a chance on them. I'm glad I did. Some of what they did: * After pulling up the carpet they found that the floor was not level enough to install a hardwood floor. Surprise to me they leveled the floor and perfectly installed the hardwood floor without charging me extra for this unforeseen additional work. * Removed painted over paneling that had been there for years and found that there was no insulation in the outside wall. They put insulation in where needed-additional work but no additional money. * Placed an electrical outlet near the newly installed sup pump. * Installed a closet door * Put flooring in the laundry room * Replaced an outdated textured ceiling * Installed new light fixtures * Painted both rooms * Installed crown molding in the family room. I am very pleased with the workmanship and attention to details. Carrying away all trash was a plus. The cost was better than what I expected. “Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck.”

“Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”
