The staff that came to my house every day was amazing. Every morning they told me what they would be doing and every night they cleaned up. Premiere STILL answers any questions I have about the kitchen (5 years later!) I’ve actually used them for other projects around my house and have never been disappointed. They will do whatever necessary to make your project a reality and to meet your expectations. They handle the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for the projects. Their design gave us a great-looking kitchen, more storage, and more natural light. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as they said it would. Justin was our our project lead. He's completely reliable and a professional. Cabinets for our kitchen project were made by Schrock Cabinetry, tiles are from Best Tile.”

Not only were they timely and professional during the estimate process, but they made me feel like I was more than just a checkbook! I love this bathroom. It is a clean and simple, modern style which is exactly what I was looking for but couldn't explain to many people. John was wonderful to work with. First he listened to us carefully, then offered his own suggestions. He made the whole process easier by guiding us and directing us on the same token. “My husband and I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodeling project after a long search for a reliable company. We did not hesitate to go with them after going over the details. We started off by calling them to get an estimate. Their schedule was pretty busy (which is a good thing!) but managed to find us a perfect date and time. The designer that came out was very knowledgeable and nice. He was kind enough to propose his ideas while encouraging us with our own. He took some measurements and left. We received our estimate via email couple days after the initial meeting with a kind invitation to go to their showroom for selection making. The proposal seemed to fit our plan so we went by with great excitement. They have a very nice designed showroom with a wide range of tiles, granite, cabinets and etc. to choose from. They were very professional. They took a note of every selection we made. We finally sat down to go over our design and the contract. We didn't hesitate to sign and to give deposit. We were given a project start date not too far from signing of the contract. The date of the construction, the crew and the project manager came at the time they promised. Project manager went over the changes with everyone. This made us feel extremely happy and comfortable! The crew started off by covering areas in the house for protection. They were very respectful of our property and belongings. They came and left at the same time every day. Project manager constantly stopped by whenever he could to check the progress on the site. We were able to contact our designer whenever we wanted to during their operating business hours. Construction debris was picked up everyday as well. Project went pretty smooth overall and they were able to finish a day before they told us. They work on schedule and are very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the total outcome. Everything turned out to be much better than what we had expected. It was worth to spend every penny (even my husband thinks so). We gladly recommened VKB and Kemal (our designer) to everyone. Our family and friends love our new kitchen. We will definitely be in touch with Virginia Kitchen and Bath for any upcoming projects. Thank you VKB”

“Courthouse Kitchens and baths completely remodeled my master bath suite and the finished product is nothing short of breath taking. My formerly tired and dated 80’s bathroom has become a retreat that causes jaws to drop when people enter the space. The room was taken down to the studs, walls were moved and curved, floors were exposed to the joists--no element was untouched. Jim Gardiner is a delight to work with, and his eye for elegance and style is unmatched. He literally sat on the floor and envisioned how to transform the space during the initial consultation and it changed the direction of what could have been an ordinary renovation into a project that is HGTV worthy. Every item in the bathroom is high end and reflects the impeccable taste of Jim and what I wanted. The function of the bathroom is also a testament of the marriage of style and taste. They tore out a clunky built-in jetted tub, that I never used and replaced it with a gorgeous free standing clawfoot tub that is stunning and the focal point of the room with an overhead chandelier, which I constantly use. The beautifully intricate mosaic shower with three heads, including a rainshower makes me linger longer in my shower. The Swarovski and polished nickel fixtures adds an extra dimension of luxe and make me very happy. The curved walls with architectural glass that floats in the wall provides diffused light and privacy. Jim was personally involved daily with the project and we made numerous trips to vendors to make sure every item was perfect for the space. The project manager for the job was fantastic and his craftsmanship was remarked upon enthusiastically by the people who came to inspect and approve each inspection phase. I recommend Jim and Courthouse for any project that you want elevate to the next level.”

“After consulting with three separate general contractors, we chose to work with the team at Advice Homes because they were able to relate to my wife and I unlike the other two contractors. From the first meeting Chris was friendly and did not give any high pressure sales approaches that we despise. We had a pretty good idea of what our vision was for our kitchen renovation. The design team took some pictures we gave them of various projects we found online and incorporated them into our own thoughts. We could not imagine that they could fit those ideas into a real life design the way they did. The construction of a kitchen is stressful if you like to cook daily. The laborers that worked on the kitchen were very mindful and understanding of our concerns for the continued use of our kitchen. Chris outlined days that we would be without the use of our stove, sink and prep area. This made it easy for us to plan. My wife found this easy and relieved her stress. Naturally this made me happy and I was thankful for the planning and heads up. The communication throughout the project was key to the overall success we felt with choosing this company. The overall project was finished in a reasonable time. There were some delays for a few furnishings but this was foreseen by Chris and we understood given the origin of the products. The quality was checked over in detail by the foreman and finally by Chris. To say that what was shown in drawings and renderings is an understatement. Everything came together and we were elated to have the finish product exactly what we desired.”

“Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”

They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. The team was timely, responsive, competent, courteous, flexible, and very considerate in the execution of the construction. They were also very clean and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule. His bid was very competitive and the contract was very clear and straight forward. He knew of code and other restrictions that other contractors tried to hide or leave out of their bids.
