“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. Their professionalism and kindness went a long way to making this easier on the three of us. Last, I highly recommend Make Her Mark LLC. You won't be disappointed. “From start to finish, Ryan was awesome. I had interviewed a few contractors and was less than pleased with their ideas and recommendations. Ryan brought a fresh sets of eyes to this very extensive project and was able to offer me exactly what I wanted. This was a total gut job and the results are excellent. I am very pleased to say the least. Ryan was very accommodating and offered solutions to anything I threw at him - which was a lot. The compliments from neighbors, friends etc. have been overwhelming. I would definitely hire Ryan again and highly recommend his company to anyone contemplating a renovation. I could not have asked for a nicer person as a contractor.”

“Sheu Property Holdings remodeled the shower in my master bathroom. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with their attention to details. And before they left, they cleaned up and carried away all the trash. They were great!”

“Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services, an non-profit 501(c)3 organization in Columbus, Ohio serving the refugee and immigrant community was wishing to have conference room space in its Mount Vernon location. The dream became a reality with Transform Construction in December of 2013. Ronnie's team went above and beyond to help us in the remodel. The project consisted of tearing down walls, moving phone lines and drinking fountains and repairing the ceiling. The job was completed on time and of high quality. The most rewarding part of the project was having "New Americans" create a space for other "New Americans". We use the space on a daily basis and can't imagine the way it looked before!”
