“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small, dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis. We have absolute confidence in the workmanship - which is paramount. From the very first meeting through to the ecstatic reveal…we were delighted with every step of the process. They brought some great-looking samples for me to choose from and made excellent choices on elements that I deferred to their designer at One X One Designer, Hilda Mohseni. They showed dedication to delivering a quality-looking kitchen, redoing the cabinet rope lighting on their own accord when they thought they could do better. The POSCHE. team showed tremendous pride in their work, and superb skills in levelling out a bowed floor to even all the lower cabinets. Just a phenomenal team to work with. Highly recommend POSCHE. “Geno Scopeletti and his team are such a pleasure to work with. I have a 96-year-old house with lots of character, but its age brings with it construction and repair challenges. During the past nine years, since we first met, Geno has undertaken a number of major projects to both repair and enhance the property – including replacing all the intricate woodwork on the front porch and updating the kitchen with some tasteful suggestions. His knowledge and attention to detail coupled with his upbeat approach has helped to make all our projects, even the most complicated ones, go smoothly and successfully. Geno and his skilled team clearly pride themselves on delivering a high standard of craftsmanship and service. The workmen show up on time and are polite. They are also trustworthy and respectful of one's home.
