“We are completing a full house renovation and hope to be done in July of this year and so far, on schedule! Creative Design has done an amazing job with all of the details. My husband and I have asked many times to revise/change things along the way and the team has gone above and beyond to make it happen. Creative did our first renovation back in 1999 and we had no doubt that they would do a great job when we hired them again for the entire house. We would recommend Creative Design to anyone without hesitation. They are extremely skilled and very professional!”

“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

“I hierd A to Z Renovations for general renovations in my home they redid my bathroom and wood floors and base molding and painted the entire house the results looks great, but besides how it looks the customer service was the best i did not expect such level of customer service from contractors. highly recommended”

“Van Buren Design Build recently completed a kitchen remodel for us. We are delighted with every aspect of the process. Zak, Frank and the entire team were professional while being very approachable. They all displayed expertise in each area of the remodel from the initial design to the finish and were very organized along the way. Our kitchen turned out just as we had dreamed. “Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. This was largely because of the standards they maintain as far as dust and protection of common spaces is concerned. A+ job , happy to endorse and recommend them for any renovations in NYC.”

“Lee was my architect of record for a gut renovation for a condo in Manhattan that is to commence this fall. He worked with my draftsman to get the initial drawings ready for approval by the building's management company's engineer and the building's board. He then worked diligently with my expeditor as she prepared the package of documents needed to submit for approval not only from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, but also the DOB. Throughout the entire long drawn out process, Lee was attentive and responsive to any changes that were required. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had and worked collaboratively with all the other folks involved in moving this project along. If I ever need an architect for another project, I would not hesitate to call Leandro Dickson.”
