My husband and I truly appreciate the commitment to Daniel, Eli, Stephanie and the crew on building our new addition. Daniel listened to what we wanted and took the time needed to design something that far exceeded our expectations. Stephanie, the interior designer, really captured our vision. They handled all aspects of the job including, the architect, applying for permits, dealing with the subcontractors, etc., which really took a lot of stress off us. Daniel was always very mindful of the budget and stayed in communication with me about everything. He is very meticulous and really takes pride in his designs. Eli has many years of experience in building and it definitely shows. They have great sub-contractors and excellent workmanship. The job was done very efficiently and timely. Daniel and Eli followed through with everything until the end. I highly recommend ItectDesign and will definitely plan to use them for any future projects. Eddie & Paula Cruz

I had a number of problems with my bathroom project. The measurements taken were off leading to me having to reorder tile and stall construction/change the positioning of my vanity, essential items to the design were missing from the initial product list (art, bath mat, decor, door hardware), and items listed were out of stock. When I presented my concerns, the tables were turned on me and suggested as my fault. I was then told that a reimbursement would be made, two weeks went by and I followed up only to be told that a reimbursement was sent. It was not sent. So again rather than friendly customer service- just admitting a mistake (which happens)- I had to go in circles to finally receive a partial refund via Venmo. I hired this team with the hopes of guidance and expertise and it made the project a bigger headache than necessary. All that being said, the designer, Stephanie, was very nice.

I am very pleased with my service. Daniel and Stephanie were very easy to work with. They were able to see my vision and follow it through exactly the way I wanted it. The process was seamless from beginning to end. I highly recommend Itec design for all your interior decorating needs. I plan to hire them again to decorate the rest of my home.
