“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. What I love about working with this company is that they plan ahead, think through the details of your project and review them with the designer before starting the project, but also while the project is in construction. They are great at communicating and keeping the designer, client and contractor all on the same page, even when things need to be addressed that are not always obvious due to construction conditions. “The artificial grass look is perfect for my front yard (water conservation). There were no money surprises, the schedule was announced and kept, and the workers were polite and efficient. There was nominal disruption to our normal routine and none to the neighbors. In just two days, our yard was transformed! The company is a gem. I highly recommend Thomas and Modern Yardz.”

“Spaces Renewed is a great company managed by a contractor-designer husband & wife team. Beth has a keen eye for design complimented by Marshall's high professional level of construction expertise. It was a real advantage for us to consult with both of them during the initial consultation, and the computer generated plans gave us a real good sense of what the end product would look like. From start to finish they were pleasant and courteous in every way showing a full degree of trustworthiness and honesty. The contractual documents were clearly itemized with plenty of detail, and all our questions were addressed with great care. They had a very skillful work crew that showed careful attention to every detail, including thorough cleanup at the end of every work day. They were always responsive to any questions or requests we had. Workdays were very consistent with no delays, which made the project come in on schedule. Everything worked out to be right on budget, and the final results far exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in giving Beth and Marshall the highest rating, and recommending their company to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional job done.”

“Where to begin? We thought we started on a much needed re-roof but with the discovery of termites, it led to a complete home refreshening with windows and doors, a formidable entry, a beautiful extended patio cover, new tiled decking etc. What should have been a nightmare in scheduling, we simply left all the details to Chad of All Trades and let their drafting, engineering, demolition, framing, roofing, tiling, and stuccoing team do their thing. We now have the "new house" on the block!”

“Suzanne Broyals designed and oversaw our home remodel. She saved me hours and hours of time researching and discovering the components that turned our 1970's house into a comfortable, inviting, home. Her workers were respectful, accomodating, and easy to get along with, which was important to us as we were living in the house during the remodel. Suzanne was on the job site to make sure every detail was carried out to her vision. Our home remodel was finished on time and within budget. Suzanne has an eye for detail and a knowledge of style that resulted in a wonderful finished product. I continually receive complements on the beauty of our home.”
