“San Diego Master Craftsmen did a complete kitchen and bath overhaul (including a wall removal) on my very difficult old house. The team was extremely skilled, professional and creative. Jon Hammer is very detailed designer and gave me great ideas to make the most of my space while maintaining the character of the home. He also saw to it that numerous other projects around the house were completed concurrently. Every little project was just as important as the major items and everything turned out gorgeous, within my budget! I highly recommend Jon and his team to anyone who wants perfection.”

“The artificial grass look is perfect for my front yard (water conservation). There were no money surprises, the schedule was announced and kept, and the workers were polite and efficient. There was nominal disruption to our normal routine and none to the neighbors. In just two days, our yard was transformed! The company is a gem. I highly recommend Thomas and Modern Yardz.”

“Where to begin? We thought we started on a much needed re-roof but with the discovery of termites, it led to a complete home refreshening with windows and doors, a formidable entry, a beautiful extended patio cover, new tiled decking etc. What should have been a nightmare in scheduling, we simply left all the details to Chad of All Trades and let their drafting, engineering, demolition, framing, roofing, tiling, and stuccoing team do their thing. We now have the "new house" on the block!”

“Grateful -is the best word describe our experience with David Raine. We hired David to switch out a vanity in our master bathroom & ended up with our entire home remodeled. We couldn't let him go! David offered excellent craftsmanship and a great eye for design. The extent of work completed included a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, stairway, master closet, up/down stairs flooring and so much more... David approached each project with a genuine concern to quality and careful consideration to cost. He offered valuable suggestions, recommendations, and solutions, as needed. David leads a small skilled & trustworthy crew. The team as a whole is reliable, capable and enjoyable. During the process of our remodel, David was more than generous with his time and talent. If given the opportunity to work with David Raine, consider yourself lucky.”

“CHPT construction work is the best quality available at very affordable prices compare to other proposals we received. They have an interior designer that works together with the contractor to provide beautiful functional designs ( the interior design was given at no additional cost “big plus” for us). They finish the remodel on time and they honor original budget. Our condos has been evaluated $250K more after remodel. It was a pleasure working with CHPT!”

“I work closely with Ayala Pro Builders on many projects to include the construction of my primary residence and several complete renovations and additions across San Diego. Raul, the owner/general contractor is exceptionally knowledgeable about the CA/San Diego Building Code, how to obtain the correct permits, and completing any size construction project you have. He and his crew also built my custom home. The quality of work was exceptional and my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. We get compliments all the time about the design and quality of the work... it shows!!”
