“I'm guessing there are two major types of people who write reviews: Those who are very pleased, and those who are pissed off. Fortunately for my wife and me, we are VERY pleased with Incredible Renovations! These folks are professional through-and-through. For example: (1) They know how to deliver a GREAT renovation, and to do so, they work with you carefully, and they work with contractors they trust. They are communicative start-to-finish (forgot something? tell them! need to follow up after the job is done? give them a call!). (2) We have used Incredible Renovations to renovate our master bathroom, our bedroom, our hallway and study, our trim around windows, and now our driveway and security gate and fence. We are thrilled with both the process and the result. (3) If anything deviates from the original plan (and you are unrealistic if you think there will be zero wrinkles in a big construction project!), they will be professional, honest, quick, and friendly in handling those issues to your ultimate satisfaction. Incredible Renovations has won many awards for their work. But like all businesses, they depend on word of mouth as essential. Incredible Renovations has developed a relationship with us -- we are not treated like a number (or a check) -- and so they have EARNED our loyalty and respect through their dedication to us and our projects. “I was able to assist Caroline @ Designer Details LLC in various of her projects and had the opportunity to visit her project sites while the work was going on. She let me be a part of the project and took advantage of my expertise in benefiting her clients. I love the way she made me feel how professional and responsible she is when it comes to her clients requirements and how assertive and persistent she is to get the targets completed within the guidelines she has set up. Not only she got those projects completed but also every project became unique in its own design sense. I work with so many designers and help them and their clients with their Natural store and Porcelain tile needs but its always just an amazing experience working with Caroline and every time she involves me with her projects, I learn so much from her. “We have used Craftsmanship by John for numerous remodels over the past 15 years. Some were small jobs but several were major remodels. In our most recent remodel, we took almost every wall back to the studs, moved the location of the kitchen, added a garage with space above, raised all the ceilings on the second floor and remodeled all the bathrooms. We also removed the old pool and replaced it with a new one and added a grill area. Every time our experience was great and we were so pleased with the finished product. “A great no fuss experience. The project manager and owner came out to do the initial evaluation of our floors. The quote they gave us was reasonable and I liked the fact that they offered to work around our schedules (I travel out of town a lot for work). Would use them again definitely. Wish they did pool installations, since that job is next.”
