The owner/general contractor Todd Wenger was meticulous in planning and executing the project. His core team of workers were very professional, courteous, respectful, and completely trustworthy. For the three-month period it took to finish our basement, we were at work and our kids were in school and our house was in the care of Todd and his team. Through the planning process and throughout the construction, Todd provided just the right amount of guidance and suggestions along the way as we made our selections and decisions on the details of the work to make sure that the final product and our expectations actually matched in the end. The basement project was quite large with many decisions to be made regarding various structural items, layout, as well as many aesthetic features but Todd made sure that every little details were executed exactly as we had discussed and no changes were made without us being aware of it so there were no surprises with anything including the financial aspect. All of changes that were made along the way were properly accounted for in terms of their impact on the final cost, i.e., reductions and additions were all appropriately accounted. We loved the way our basement turned out and our kids and we are enjoying our basement very much.”
