“Troico provided us with kitchen design services as well as millwork fabrication and installation. Their knowledge and experience was evident in how our timelines and budget were met and an exceptional final product installed in our kitchen. The quality of the millwork along with the dedication to ensuring onsite requirements were understood provided a level of comfort in knowing our kitchen would be the focal point of our home. Corrective action to address required millwork changes during installation were addressed by Troico without hesitation. We know Troico is determined to meet customer expectations. “We recently engaged Corbet Custom Design to fully renovate our 2,700 square foot apartment and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a large job which included complete gutting of all rooms and replacement of all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, flooring, windows and decking. The main living space was transformed from a compartmentalized, outdated design to a bright and airy, open plan layout. Tracy was attentive to every detail from earliest planning to occupancy permit. Tracy starts with a fabulous sense of design. Every space, every colour, every texture and nuance are carefully considered and delivered to perfection. Yet she is always budget conscious. Overseeing all materials, fixtures, appliances, cabinets and sub trades, Tracy kept us on track with our costs throughout the 5 month job. And she finished right on schedule, which allowed us to move on the planned date. All the while, Tracy oversaw every detail of our renovation, ensuring the work was complete to the highest standards. The end result is so much more beautiful and livable that we had ever imagined. This is where we believe Tracy’s true vision is proven. “Previously, I had worked with another highly recommended and awarded local construction company, but due to schedule conflicts, they were unable to take on this project. At that point they recommended Kenorah to me. The owner came over in person and explained to me their process and concept behind the business. I was immediately convinced they were the right team to work with. I had a very good idea of what I wanted to achieve, but was not sure how to achieve it. They made every step of the journey very easy and stress free, allowing me as much involvement as I felt comfortable with. They accommodated all of my requests and if it was impractical, we worked to find a solution was was suitable. The core team of crew were of the highest calibre of talent and the subcontractors and supporting companies/dealers Kenorah works with are just as qualified. At no point did I ever feel any of the work being done was rushed or compromised to save time or money. Every issue that arose was brought to my attention immediately and resolved swiftly with their recommendation. On time and on budget, the finished result was more than I had ever hoped for. Once the project was over Kenorah constantly reaches out to me, making sure everything is still perfect. I have had a couple warrantee issues since then, but they have been fixed and they even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. “Sprucehill Contracting project managed a major renovation for us in North Vancouver, which included an addition to the second level of the home, and a complete gut-and-rebuild of the interior space. In addition to the routine challenges faced in any renovation, the job had the additional challenge of being subject to work on a streamside protected property in the District of North Vancouver (the house literally sits over a creek). Any time we ran into a challenge with sourcing materials, working within our budget or working within the strict streamside bylaws, we felt that this team had our back and our best interests at heart. We were very well informed, and well listened to every step of the way. Erik and the Sprucehill team were able to navigate through the bylaws and restrictions within the DNV, work seamlessly with our designer and build our dream home, both on time and on budget. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the team and the results. Would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone looking to do a small renovation to a complete build from the ground up.”

“I contacted Mike about renovating my bathroom after I saw the renovations he did in my friends' condo. From my first meeting with Mike through the entire process I was very happy with his work and his professionalism. We worked together to create a vision that was within my budget. He sent me lots of photos from past projects so I could form ideas. Mike always contacted me before doing extra work which would add cost to the project or making any changes to the plan. During the renovation he was careful not to damage anything in my apartment and kept the space as clean as possible. I have been enjoying my bathroom now for over 6 months and have no complaints other than that he is a popular guy and I will have to wait in line the next time I am looking for a renovation!”
