“I hired CEDB to do a complete remodel on my kitchen. I have nothing but high marks to say about Susan. She is excellent in her communication; very prompt. She is very capable to handle all the decisions for a project if that's what someone wanted but she is also happy to collaborate and incorporate the owner's ideas. She has a great rapport with the sub-contractors and works with them often which results in high quality work in a timely manner and the finish work actually gets completed! Compared to when I acted as the contractor for a previous kitchen remodel i can say that hiring CEDB made it so much easier.”

However after working with Rusty & John we elected to also redo ceilings, hardwood flooring, painting, and all new lighting in kitchen,dining room.great room, and hallways. “Jim Mault from Snowline Construction is a true professional. Jim is a honest no-BS type of builder. He will give you his true professional opinion regardless on any project. There are so many parts of building that he takes care of from consultation to investigation, building permits, permit review, practicality of design, experience, etc.. I would highly recommend Jim if you need an addition, a custom home (from which he specializes) or a custom log home (which I did). If you want someone who is honest and trustworthy, I would recommend Jim to you. However, please don't take advantage of Jim to get free design work or a free build. I have known Jim for over 13 years and he has done several builds for me with the utmost integrity and dedication.”

“This contractor is a customer's dream. He not only isn't fearful of a project but loves a challenge. My challenge was to repair or redo a leaky roof of my Conservatory. I had tried to find a contractor for over 8 months and no one would accept the challenge. Not only did he accept the challenge, he was on time, very careful of your property, and very nice. His workers were also very capable and nice. I can't say enough praise for this contractor. I was coming out of a friends lane and had to stop for this truck and it was David Lanni's truck. I immediately took down his phone number and called him. Needless, to say, it was, what I would call a "God Wink" from the title of a book. I was desperate and didn't think I would ever get the roof fixed and took a chance because any other contractor that was recommended wouldn't even try to take on the task. I didn't think it was such a foreboding task, because I designed the roof and my late husband built my design and that was 50 yrs. ago. Lorraine York”
