Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. “Ronnie Gor was the designer for our major remodel project in Tarzana, CA. The work covered a complete remodel of a 70 year-old, ranch-style home and construction of an attached ADU. There are inherent challenges in adding to an older home and creating a seamless whole. Ronnie was up to the task. and willingly worked with our own (me and husband) creative vision through the process. Aside from an overall look and flow, the house could have no unnecessary elevation changes, and no obvious distinction between the old and the new.
