Ap Remodeling is a great company. They offer variety of products and provides quality and good customer service. We went through a first floor remodel with AP two years ago and they were the natural choice when we decided to update our primary and guest baths a few months ago. As with last time, we were impressed with Aviv and his team - their customer service and communication is incredible and the team is skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Our project included Mai, who helped us put together a design we love, a Josh as a project manager who kept everything running smoothly. Armando, the foreman, showed up and worked hard every day and all the other craftsmen from the tile installer to the painter and plumber were just amazing. We used AP Remodeling to convert our garage into an ADU. Aviv (contractor / owner) was very fair and transparent with pricing, and was able to give us an itemized quote before starting work. He didn’t veer from the original quote and there were no surprise charges or changes like you hear stories about with other contractors. His pricing was much more reasonable than any other quote we got. Overall Aviv and his PM Josue were very responsive and reliable. The workers were punctual, respectful, trustworthy and clean. It was great working with AP. They helped us build an ADU attached to our garage. I’m quite happy with the results. Aviv and team are very responsive and always patient with my questions. I have worked with different contractors in the past with different remodeling projects. AP is the best i’ve worked with. Sure there were issues here and there as with all remodeling work but what stood out about them was they were always willing to fix it. Was this completely hands off for me? No, but I don’t think hands off remodeling exists unless you are willing to pay the money for someone to do that for you. Overall though they were great to work with. Even after the project, they are willing to come out to fix things for me which is really great and helpful.

We found Ap remodeling based on his five-star Yelp rating for kitchen renovations. He treated my small kitchen project with respect and laid out a very reasonable timeline (four weeks) foe start to finish. He addressed all questions very professionally, and he gave us a very reasonable estimate. All work was executed and overseen by a field manager (Aviv), who remained on top of the project throughout, with constant supervision and site visits. We began our complete demo and renovation within a day or two, on a pay-as-you-go timeline which was very easy on my finances. We worked with one highly skilled and knowledgeable construction professional throughout the project, and he diagnosed and solved every problem quickly and expertly. Cabinets were picked, delivered and installed quickly, with no delays or missed appointment. Same with new countertop, and we had ABT appliances delivered and all hooked up to electrical and plumbing modifications in record time. The project was seen to completion in record time, (four weeks, as promised), and I was completely happy with every single thing, honestly!

We are so happy with Ap remodeling. We've used them several times over the years and area always satisfied and happy. They did an incredible job with our master bathroom, for example, the work was excellent, they stayed on schedule, price did not go up from what we originally decided upon, all workers were trustworthy and skilled. We had our primary bathroom remodeled with AP Remodeling. We started discussing plans with Aviv in January. The planning process was very organized and detailed and our questions were answered promptly. Aviv was able to fit us into their schedule since we wanted to start as soon as possible. We started construction in late February and completed renovation in mid-April which was longer than we initially planned however in the end, we are very happy with our bathroom. Everyone on the team is professional and holds themselves to a high standard. Mai, the designer, was amazing to work with. She was so quick to understand our style and was an immense help in sourcing all the pieces. Josue the project manager is always attentive. Towards the end of the project, he noticed our water pressure was low, and though it was unrelated to the renovation, took initiative to help us determine the source of the issue and fix it. Armando, the foreman as well as all the other craftsmen on the project did produced quality work. I appreciated the WhatsApp channel they had setup for us, and the weekly schedule that was shared the Friday before each week. It made communication very easy. We recently had our bathroom redone by AP remodeling. The work included moving 2 closets, rebuilding a wall, and redoing everything from the ground up. We did a remodel which included a complete bathroom renovation, laundry room addition, windows, HVAC, some structural work, insulation and flooring... basically touching most every room and component of our home. Aviv and his team are very organized, trustworthy and stick to their timelines. Communication is very responsive, and everyone on our project is very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The team has been extremely flexible and responsive to any concerns or questions along the way. We asked for some custom features in our door and window trims and tile work, and the craftsmanship has been outstanding. Very happy we chose AP.

We recently converted our garage into an ADU and used AP remodeling after getting a few different quotes. We could not be happier with the results. A few main things stand out for us. 1. Their workers were always incredibly friendly, and took care of any issues that popped up. They took care to not disturb our neighbors and us living inside the house. 2. They were responsive to any changes we requested and add ons we had, but didn’t try to push a bunch of extras on us once ground was broken. 3. Most importantly, they finished AHEAD of schedule. While not trying to jam a bunch of things in at the end, they ended up finishing early and we couldn’t be happier. And they are still responsive to coming back if we notice any small things that pop up. They usually have someone there to fix the issue within a day. All told the entire project was much easier than we thought it would be and would recommend AP Remodeling to anyone. They might not be the cheapest option you find, but it’s worth it to have peace of mind that the people doing the work will respond and listen to issues that arise.

We just completed a kitchen with Aviv and his crew and we can’t express how thrilled we are with the results. Our main goal was to find a reasonably priced contractor that made us feel comfortable and could help us with our vision. We had a closed off floor plan really wanted our kitchen to open up to the living room. That being said, Aviv came in and presented 3 different ideas and 3-D designs that we could go with. After 3 meetings we felt the most comfortable with Aviv and his company and decided to go with one of his designs. We could not be happier with our decision and the outcome of our kitchen. Once we save up we will definitely hire Preferred again to finish the rest of the house.

We did a complete bathroom remodel using AP. We couldn't be happier with the process or the result. Some of the things we loved about AP: 1) The project was finished on time and on budget. 2) Every morning the project manager came to check on progress and update us on what would happen that day. 3). Every Friday we'd get an email giving us a day by day description of what would be done the next week. 4). The quality of the different trades people used on the project was outstanding: plumbers, electricians, tile work, etc. all did great work. 5). Since we were at home mostly during the project, they closed the bathroom door each day to minimize noise and dust. It got hot in there I'm sure but our comfort was their utmost priority. 6). The owner of the company (Aviv) often came by and was always a phone call away. 7) The guys cleaned up assiduously each day and that's something we always look for 8). We had access to a designer who helped up pick out materials and got us trade discounts on most items. 9) The project passed numerous inspections with flying colors. I could go on but you get the idea....AP Remodeling was the best home project experience we've ever had!

We're working with Aviv and AP Remodeling on upgrading our 2 bathrooms. We met with several contractors and Aviv was the most organized and responsive (which has continued throughout the project). The main difficulty so far has been all of the back and forth about purchasing material, but this is mainly due to making sure dimensions fit our small space and popular items not shipping in time. Aviv has been quick to answer any questions with these issues. Overall, project is going well so far and we're looking forward to the final result.

I did a rather extensive remodel on my house and went with Aviv at AP Remodeling. The project consisted of removing 3 structural walls needing 8 large beams installed, moving the side of the house over 3ft with a new roof, putting in an entirely new kitchen, adding Air Conditioning and a tankless water heater, and new drywall and painting throughout the both the old and new spaces. Aviv and his team were great to work with. They had very fast and responsive communication, built a very organized plan to complete the project, and completed the project on-time (shocking but true). Their working crew was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and showed up on-time or early every day. The team responded to issues and change requests to ensure we were happy with the final product. The final completed product is gorgeous, and we are very happy with how it turned out.

We are almost done with our kitchen remodel and home touch-ups. This was an intimidating project but Aviv and the team are extremely professional and helpful. Aviv at AP remodeling recently completed our kitchen and bath remodel, the work and schedule were commendable. We sought out AP remodeling through extensive research and recommendation from a recent remodel in our neighborhood. Aviv came to our initial consult, worked with us on our kitchen and bath conceptual design and remained flexible throughout the project cycle. He made himself available, directed his staff well, and quickly responded to our requests and inquiries (a truly valuable quality in any contracting services) along the way. We were provided with a designer to aide us with our material purchase. We had a couple of add on tweaks we had missed during contract signing for bathroom lighting and Aviv honored the work without the need to "nickel and dime" us. This is our first remodel and AP remodeling addressed our questions and concerns with ease, including following up post completion. In short, we would recommend the work with AP remodeling and make sure you seek out Aviv for your project needs. The photos speak for themselves, and within the scheduled 5 weeks timeframe to the combined areas.

Aviv (GC) and Josue (project manager) are awesome! We hired AP Remodeling to do a massive general remodel of a home that we had just purchased in Manhattan Beach but hadn't yet moved into as we wanted to remodel it before moving in. We had originally hired another contractor to do the design and the permit process (but not for construction), but that other contractor's architect was so terrible and that contractor told us a bunch of things that we knew to be lies. When we met with Aviv to get quotes for the construction, we instantly regretted not hiring him from the very start because he was very professional, honest, and had good advice throughout the process. Also, his designer did an amazing rendering so we could envision what our house would look like at the end. In terms of the scope of the work, AP Remodeling removed two load bearing walls and installed a huge 22' beam in the center of our house to make it more of an open concept; converted an unused living room space to a 4th bedroom converting our 3 bd house to a 4 bd house; added a shower to a powder room; completely updated the kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom; updated the electrical panel; full home interior paint; updated flooring throughout entire home; etc. Any time we had an issue, Josue was "on it" - he was very responsive and would call whoever needed to be called and was on top of them to make sure the issue would get fixed and handled appropriately. The team would also send a weekly email on Friday with a calendar of what to expect for the following week and would keep us updated on any changes or delays to the schedule. On top of that, they're very nice and genuine people. The timeline for the project did take a little bit longer than originally quoted, but it wasn't as bad as what I've heard with other GCs, and we did end up adding a fair amount of additional work as we went along (for example, we decided half way through to paint the entire interior of the house and update all the door/window trim). They worked hard to get the project done as quickly as they could so we could move in and enjoy our new home. Thanks again to the AP Remodeling team!

The quality of execution was great and it was done with speed. It was a pleasure to see everyone so involved in their craft and take care of the home in the process. 5) Crisis mitigation: Every project will have some small issues. Whenever that happened, Aviv would personally take responsibility and correct the work so we could get back on track. Next thing you know it, any issue that happened, would be resolved and one would never even know that it happened. 6) Referral Network: Aviv recommended some great vendors to work with and we were so happy to be pointed in the right direction - because this is network, they would coordinate deliveries directly with Aviv's team and we knew that we were getting great service and discounted pricing on high quality material. 7) Communication and office management: Liz in the AP remodeling office and Joshua in the field were also fantastic to work with. We had a weekly schedule, recap of work done and tight coordination with building inspectors - this made it very easy to continue with our schedule while AP's team handled all facets of the remodel. AP remodeling and Aviv are fantastic people - kind, generous and at the end of the day extremely professional. We are so grateful that we got to work with them. I hired AP Remodeling to do my bathrooms after interviewing four contractors. Their price was in the middle and their work was excellent and very professional. I was referred to A through my realtor. I received a few estimates to remodel my new house and I choose Ap Remodeling even though they weren’t the cheapest quote. The reason I chose Ap Remodeling is they are one-stop-shop. They first sent the company designer and she helped me to pick up the material for my new flooring kitchen and bathroom. They provided me 3D rendering for each room what I liked the most is they even showed me on 3D where is each light going to be located. After we finalize the design their contractor step into the process and started the remodeling process. The designer was part of the process all the way. Aviv's team is very professional their system was very supportive. High lit recommended and I will definitely use them again in the future!

AP construction is currently remodeling my kitchen and so far I must say I am very impressed. His crew is always on time and they clean up after they are done for the day. Aviv the head contractor is very organized. He went through every step with me on paper what will happen and he has a payment list telling you what steps will be done and when payment is made. He is very experienced in designing a kitchen plan that suits what you want. The project is running on time and should be finished in a timely manner. I will definitely hire him for my bathrooms.

We had several people come out over the past couple of years for a design consultation for a remodel of our kitchen. We did not care for their design layouts. We met Aviv from AP Remodeling Inc and decided to have him come out to evaluate our remodel. Aviv came out and spent several hours reviewing what we wanted. When they returned with a design, we didn't recognize that it was our kitchen. The design blew us away because it was so different from any other designer's suggestions. The design included an island that totally changed the concept of our kitchen. Without adding any square footage to the house, the design doubled the size of our kitchen. The crew did outstanding work, and were a real pleasure to have in our home. Our two small dogs made friends with them immediately! We had a problem with our ceiling, prior to the remodel, that Aviv noticed (we hadn't noticed) and the crew fixed it at a reasonable price. There were many reasons why I wanted to remodel my kitchen but the main reason was I wanted to update my house. I wanted change. For my personal desires (I love cooking!!) or for the sake of my family’s comfort. Little did I know that finding a contractor would be a bumpy journey. ( a lot of dishonest people out there). After scheduling several appointments with different contractors, I am so happy I met Aviv from AP construction. Letting someone in your house and trusting him to break down your old kitchen, leaving you vulnerable was definitely a scary process I had to overcome. And Aviv definitely helped me do so. From the beginning, the first meeting I saw honesty. He wasn't trying to up sell me and was straightforward about everything .(something I haven't felt from the other companies.) He explained to us a detailed plan, leaving nothing in the dark. He told me that the price is a bit high but he ensured me that there will be no surprise charges and I can be sure that the job will be completed in a professional matter and so I believed him. Since me and my husband don’t know much about construction (who does?) we asked him endless questions and he made sure to answer in a way we would understand and so it began. As the project began, I was reassured by my choice. Action speak louder than words. It was how Aviv treated his workers and making sure they left everything clean during and after a day’s work that I knew I made the right choice. One thing I was worried about was how responsive He would be if I ever had issues or complaints. He made me feel as if I was his only client (trust me this guy is very busy!) and made sure to answer my questions or to let me know that he’s busy and can’t answer right now. (quite rare these days). As I said before, I am so happy I met Aviv. He is a kind and honest man, who truly cares about the smile on his clients. He understands the hesitation and doubt a client may have and has enough Sensitivity to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout this process. Our experience with AP construction was a very positive one. Their staff works hard to accomplish the project within the timeframe agreed upon and performs with maximum productivity throughout the home renovations. We hired AP construction for a kitchen and bedroom remodeling. They did a phenomenal job of communicating and working. It was a good balance between the two.
