“We wanted to replace the carpet on the ground floor of our house with wood flooring. Mike Belzowski came highly recommended. He answered all of our questions, was on time, and he did an absolutely beautiful job installing the Brazilian cherry flooring in our living room and dining room. He noticed that there was a dip in our living room, so he leveled the floor so that the wood flooring would be level as well. Each day, he would clean up the site so that we could still have a livable space while the job was ongoing. At the end of the job, he hauled away all the trash and left our house spotless. I cannot recommend Belzowski Woodwork & Design highly enough.”

“First and Foremost, let's be clear, BGD&C is not a spec builder; they are custom builders. Everything they do is 100% customer-oriented and client-driven. With this said, when you work with BGD&C, you get EXACTLY what you want and not a compromise or redo of something that already exists or is being rehashed. Due to the firm's small size (yet vast experience) working with them is a pleasure. You are ALWAYS able to reach the team and they take the time to listen to what you want. A great deal of effort is taken to understand the client's life and goals to ensure that the outcome is better than envisioned. When we built our dream home with BGD&C there are a few things that really stood out. They are: (1) they were on budget - yes, let me repeat that, they were on budget. (2) They were ahead of schedule (3) The firm's principles Rodger and Charlie were always reachable for any questions, concerns or ideas. (4) Communication and documentation on the whole design and build project was second to none and there was full accountability for every action and detail. (5) And most importantly we would do the whole process again ANY TIME but ONLY with BGD&C. Having move into our home seven months ago I can unequivocally state that building from the ground up is one of the best things we ever did. Yes, the process takes time and patience but it is worth it in the end. Also, BDG&C did everything humanly possible to make the process easy and simple, knowing that their clients have other responsibilities as well. BGD&C values and maintains the sterling reputation that they have established. Unlike most builders which are here-today, gone-tomorrow, BGD&C stands by its products and is there for its clients' well after the average builder has deemed his warrantee period as being over. Knowing that your builder is always around the corner and always reachable, should there be a problem, is a very reassuring. One other thing worth noting is that when the project was completed not only did we have a perfectly built home, but we also gained life-long friends in Rodger and Charlie. Their honestly, sincerity and genuine passion are things which set them far apart from the competition.”

“I had done one prior apartment rehab hiring a "one man band" contractor with a van of tools and the experience was a nightmare. For the 2nd one I was looking for a much more professional experience and that is what I got with Xced. Gary and Chelsea are excellent and both worked with my budget in order to make the project happen. They provided a full detailed proposal with plans and pictures as well as a clearly worded contract with deadlines. Weekly communication was superb and I now have a fully renovated rental with a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a fresh finish all around. Thanks guys, will work with again.”
