The first was Oct 2021: I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Ilan met me the day after I called and got his team started on the project almost immediately. His guys are professional, efficient, and hardworking. You cannot go wrong with this team. I am so grateful with how they helped me during this difficult period. And that I was able to get back to business! I will definitely use them again should the need arise. The 2nd project was for my home, summer 2022. His team came and repaired our etched and detailed glass shower door for a fraction of the price a glass door store quoted me. Our railing had come off and we were told we would have to replace the entire glass door for a substandard quality and a significant cost and that the railing could not be fixed. Ilan's team came and fixed the railing within a few hours. The also made repairs throughout my home, including but not limited to: concrete stairs sealing, painting, re-sealing the shower and replacing fixtures. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is reliable, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. I have had horrible experiences working with contractors, so his team is like a breath of fresh air. They will do the work until it is complete and done to your satisfaction.”

Out of an odd-shaped, cavernous area with many items to work around, they created a family room, guest-exercise room, full bath, two large closets and a workbench/storage area. The project was on time (two months) and on budget. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with, communicated with us well and respected our choices. They cleaned up the area every day they were here and kept dust to a minimum.”

“We recently moved into a condo loft with great potential, but that needed a major facelift. Our biggest dilemma was the master bathroom on the upper floor, as we knew it would be a challenging space to redesign. The bathroom in its original state featured a gigantic step-in jacuzzi tub, skylights with pull-down shades, a sloping ceiling, and an odd heating duct jutting out of the tub's base (not to mention the dreadful late-80's tile, vanity and fixtures). We hired Delta Star Group Inc. to take on the project for a number of reasons: - They came highly recommended from a number of our friends in the Chicago area. - Even during our very first meeting, they came prepared with a portfolio of their work, and took detailed measurements of every single nook & cranny. - Their pricing was extremely fair and the quote was neatly organized, with each line item having it's own explanation and corresponding charge. - The Delta Star representative went with us to pick out every detail of the bathroom from the tile to the fixtures (now who really does that these days?) and called us every other day to walk us through every step of the process, which impressed us greatly. The entire bathroom renovation took only about 4 weeks. During this time, we were particularly impressed with the level of attention to detail Delta Star put into every aspect of the bathroom. We had originally wanted an invisible drain installed, but crossed it off our list due to the additional $800 it would have added to our budget. Delta Star built us a custom made one FREE OF CHARGE, and it looked amazing. Wow. All in all, you will not get better workmanship and customer service for your money in all of Chicagoland when it comes to any kind of home renovation project. I cannot recommend Delta Star Group highly enough, as there was never one single moment I felt I was being taken advantage of or led astray. If you are new home buyers and have never done the renovation thing (like we hadn't) call them up TODAY and book them for your next project. You will want to make sure you reserve them far in advance, as they sometimes have a client waiting list of up to 1 year (that's how good they are!).”
