“We contracted with Bio-hab Inc. for a 2-bedroom condo remodel at Durango Mountain Resort. This is a second "home" (and rental unit). We live in another state, so had to leave most things to Todd Swanson's judgment. Todd was very easy to work with and made great suggestions along the way (e.g., pull out old wood-burning fireplace and replace with LCD fireplace). He kept us informed of progress and provided detailed expense summaries. Our remodel included redoing two bathrooms from the ground up (e.g., getting rid of a tub, adding a tub, adding a walk-in shower, installing under-tile heating, tiling), redoing floors throughout unit (lots of tile work), reframing, adding doors, revamping electrical, installing stone around new fireplace, adding a built-in bookcase, etc. We hoped to be able to spend Thanksgiving 2014 in our "new" condo and Todd didn't disappoint. :) Todd has an eye for design, so he selected all materials for us, such as floor tile, carpet, walk-in shower tile, bathtub, and fireplace stone, and tastefully executed the finished product. His and his crews' craftmanship are amazing (which I haven't found with other contractors I've worked with). I especially liked the attention to detail--such as providing interesting tile design in the two bathrooms and the execution of the wooden floor molding (beautiful!). He made sure that all new tile matched the existing kitchen granite counter-tops. We visited twice during the remodel, and Todd had a good rapport with his crew.
