“I have worked with many builders, in many states, on many varied projects, throughout many years. I put Jeff Perino, Elevation Custom Builders, LLC, and its vendors and “subs” at the very top of my list. I have been fortunate to have worked with Elevation Custom Builders, LLC on two recent projects; one, building a contemporary “Mountain Home” and a second project a commercial office space. In the initial project, the “Mountain Home”, Jeff was able to take our concepts, amplify on them and turn them into wonderful creations that amazed us. I found that Jeff was able to explain to us the pros and cons of the very many decisions that had to be made, on each facet of the home, in clear and concise terms that made the decisions easy. The communication consistency and response period was exemplarity, which saved money and time. The project was typically on time if not early. The finished product that Elevation Custom Builders, LLC created is better than I imagined. The small details that some builders may have taken for granted were all important to the craftsman working on the project, which added personalized touches, giving the home an even greater custom look and feel. Considering the workmanship on every element of the home displays the attention to detail, artistry and craftsmanship of all involved. I might add to the list of amazing attributes of Elevation Custom Builders, LLC is their follow-up after the completion of the project. They have listened to our concerns and resolved them with courtesy and professionalism. “I hired this firm to build my custom home of 3500 sq. ft. I have built many homes in the past with different builders but working with owner Bob Smith and BVB was he best decision I could have made. They were attentive to my concerns from start to finish and were and still are always available to communicate which is one of the main complaints between owners and their builders. The end result is a magnificent home within budget that I know was built very well and will command an excellent price at resale due to the overall construction quality and attention to detail.. I cannot recommend Bob, Jeana, and the staff of BVB highly enough for big custom projects, spec homes, or even remodels. I give them five stars +.”

“Our experience working with Jay and Lonna couldn't have been any better! Jay was very professional and willing to take the time to discuss my vision for the remodel down to the smallest detail. I appreciated how he listened to our ideas and then executed them perfectly! He and Lonna both had some great suggestions as well. Jay was always upfront with the costs and very diligent in sticking with the estimate we were given. Lonna was willing to help as much or as little as needed as I made selections for our finishes. The guys on the crew were always polite, respectful and easy to work with. We are looking to build again in the future and plan on using HomeLogic for our new build. The stress of rebuidling after a fire was made easier by having such a great contractor to work with!”
