“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“I have used Jeanevra Calhoun and Ampersand Development on two occasions. First to sell one of my homes in 2015 and second to assist in updating, remodeling and leasing another in 2017-2018. She was attentive to both projects, very professional and personable. Jeanevra also has a terrific eye for design and made several suggestions that greatly improved the curb appeal for both homes. As I live out of state her hands-on approach, dependability and great communication skills were a tremendous help in the completion of the second project. “We purchased a home last year and my husband called Levi construction. They were highly recommended by a dear friend and we were not disappointed. We needed major renovation throughout the house, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, flooring you name it. It was a big project that took them about 6 months to complete. I was expecting the usual headaches with any renovation project from past experiences but Daniel and his team did an amazing job, they stayed within budget and always made themselves available to answer our questions. If you are looking for a team of responsible professionals, they're the ones to call.”
