There were many homes available to choose from at the time, but this home stood out clearly above the rest because of it’s quality and craftsmanship throughout the unique custom design. Craig was able to create an enclave complete with wet bar, full bathroom, a conference room and office area with two private decks and a garage for my bikes. He was able to surgically remove the roof above the existing 4-car garage and build the new addition into the home so that after completion it looked like it was always part of the original house. It was very important for me to work with the builder who created the extraordinary home I chose, but I was even more impressed when I had the opportunity to work with Craig on my addition. He has an excellent reputation among his homeowners and it was easy to understand why. “We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next! “We used Basement Edge (Marty Shelburne and Todd Tretev) for our basement remodel. They were great. We knew that if we put the bathroom where it was plumbed it would be a mistake from a design standpoint and they were the only contractor who said -- yes, you're right and went the extra step to help us put it in the best possible location. We worked with their designer who had great suggestions for wall color, carpet and placement of cabinets, lighting, etc. I'd use them again without question. We did take 3 bids when we started our project and they were not the least expensive but certainly competitive and their advise was invaluable.”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“Highly recommended and Four Stars because there is nothing perfect in the construction world. More importantly, FIVE STARS to Bill Steuck and his subcontractors for always being responsible. I'm a design and construction professional with a long history in the commercial building business and now a retired architect and contractor. In 2002, I chose Bill to provide his residential building expertise during the design phase of our home (invaluable) and manage the construction so I could focus on being the client. His attention to detail and problem solving skills are on display in our completed home. To best understand his involvement in our project was the he was building "his home" and this is the level of personal attention you want from your home builder. The result was a fine custom home, with well executed details that was complete "on time and within our budget". We used Bill again to complete unfinished spaces in the home a number of years later. Bill continues to check in with us to insure all is well in our home. He's always welcome here! Home construction began October 2002 and completion June 2003.”

“Gabriela went way beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I pull together the remodel/interior design of my home in 2 months. I had a contractor but we needed help to choose tile, paint, draperies, faucets, tub, lighting fixtures and more. She also gave us contact information to find a great electrician to install new lighting fixtures - sconces, chandeliers, and many recessed lights to brighten up a dark home. We met at stores and showrooms. Gabriela met our deadline, gave us suggestions but is a great listener and always supported our decisions.”
