“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“I hired Innate Design to handle both the design portion and the renovation of my basement, to prepare my house for the arrival of my 1st baby and also the fact that I became a full time remote employee. Whenever there was an issue, Trent always stepped in and fixed it promptly and courteously, and always made me feel like the job was going to be finished. The end result is nothing short of spectacular! The basement looks incredible now and it is my favorite part of the house. I deeply appreciate Trent McDonald who helped me and my wife during this whole process and provided expertise as well as keeping the contractors accountable.”

“Pam did a "complete makeover" of a 4,000 plus sq. ft.home that was in bad need of repair purchased as a resale. She had crews coordinated to begin the project in May and completed in July. Estimates were presented and the project stayed on schedule. Payments were made timely according to the work done with receipts and accounting. She was able to handle every aspect of the project including plumbing, drywall, trim, cabinets, lighting, electrical, hardware, carpeting, tile, stone, fireplaces, painting, window treatments, accents, colors, and design. Pam is especially great at staying on schedule and coordinating large projects, plus she is delightful to work with. She has contracted with us with several other large projects also in the past year and a half that have been completed as well.”

While her designs are beautiful and unique, she is also great at working to customize designs to end on compromises between my husband and myself. We were initially overwhelmed with the process of hiring a designer, but Andrea quickly set us at ease. She also was completely willing to accommodate our desire to break the process down into many small projects--which is exactly what we needed! We would highly recommend her services!”

“We love our Studio Shed workshop! We are just wrapping up some concrete pavers to link the shop in the backyard to our back flagstone patio and have been very pleased with the new way we're using our yard. The once overgrown flower bed in the back corner is now a bright space for all of our toys - we have our 4 motorcycles, 6 mountain bikes and backcountry ski gear as well as a large work bench area for repairs. We gained some very valuable space without changing our small one-story ranch one bit!”

The craftsman ship and attention to detail have been outstanding. Every trade that worked on our home was a true professional. Additionally, Story Renovations has been absolutely outstanding with follow-ups to the items that needed attention following our move in. We couldn't be happier with our "new" home! “Gabriela went way beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I pull together the remodel/interior design of my home in 2 months. I had a contractor but we needed help to choose tile, paint, draperies, faucets, tub, lighting fixtures and more. She also gave us contact information to find a great electrician to install new lighting fixtures - sconces, chandeliers, and many recessed lights to brighten up a dark home. We met at stores and showrooms. Gabriela met our deadline, gave us suggestions but is a great listener and always supported our decisions.”
