“We had Tom build a new home, a ranch, to plans that we got from a friends (whose home he also built some 10 years earlier.) He did a great job managing the contractors, communicating with us, etc. The work was very good, and we are very pleased. The real test though, is AFTER the house is "delivered" to the new owners. Here, Tom really excelled. We had the usual little things- nail pops etc. and he took care of them fast, without complaint and the work was done well, In a few cases, we had a problem due to our own fault, and he STILL took care of those things as well. A good business transaction, done in a friendly way. We could not ask for more!!”

He came by to have a look at the roof, helped me to pick out the type and color of shingles I needed, and then put me on the schedule in two weeks. The roofer was hard-working. He got straight to work, was neat, and picked up after himself. The project took two days, and now the roof looks great.”
