“I'm really pleased with the overall service and finish provided by Builders GB. When I was hunting around for quotations I called numerous building companies and the prices did vary quite a lot, almost by 20% in some cases. I then got in touch with a local Architectural Company to see whether they had any suggestions and they put me through to Builders GB as they were working on a number of their projects at the time. I went over to meet the team and got to see them in action, I was pleased with their organisation and quality of work. Having then called them for a visit to my house a Project Manager from Builders GB complied a very detailed list from which they based their quotation on. To say the least I was expecting a normal building quotation but the one I received from Builders GB reassured me of their professionalism and general know how within the construction industry. I went for the Full Design and Build option which was very cleverly thought out from my initial requirements. Their in house Design Consultants and Architects then worked their magic and transformed what was firstly just a rough sketch into a fully detailed Design Brief and set of Architectural and Structural Drawings. My Basement was converted within a very short time as was the Loft Conversion and Extensions. I ended up with almost three times more space added to my property. To say the least I think that this company ticks all the boxes and provide a proper Concept to Completion Project and I highly recommend them.”
