“Chris Brace is our preferred builder of choice. His work is near perfection and he goes above and beyond to meet our expectations. Chris has completed four individual projects for us in the last two years. Due to a water leak he replaced and upgraded our living room ceiling adding a coffer design. His company even vacuums as they work. Now, who does that? The most recent project required removing door to a sunroom and making it a 12' opening flanked with custom pillars. He extended the coffer ceiling, too!”

The preparation, attention to detail, daily communication with updates, photos and reviews, coupled with a pleasant, intelligent, honest owner (Ali) provided a wonderful experience and beautiful renovation! Ali was here during the entire process with his great group of hard working experienced workers and he made suggestions and improvements throughout. The entire experience from his design to completion was a great one- he finished early and within budget! I wish there was a 10 th star in the rating! We contacted him after we saw a neighbors home he renovated. He is the absolute best and we were so lucky to find him!”

“Pro Build did an exceptional job on the complete renovation of our 1985 ranch style home on James Island. Bro Build (Angelo) worked with us to design the additions and offered excellent ideas on the interior space. As we were living in the home during construction, Angelo took into consideration our daily quality of life with minimal disruptions and displacement. The work on the home is excellent and you would never believe it was the same home from the beginning. Take that Fixer Upper!!
