“Chris Brace is our preferred builder of choice. His work is near perfection and he goes above and beyond to meet our expectations. Chris has completed four individual projects for us in the last two years. Due to a water leak he replaced and upgraded our living room ceiling adding a coffer design. His company even vacuums as they work. Now, who does that? The most recent project required removing door to a sunroom and making it a 12' opening flanked with custom pillars. He extended the coffer ceiling, too!”

Ali was here during the entire process with his great group of hard working experienced workers and he made suggestions and improvements throughout. The entire experience from his design to completion was a great one- he finished early and within budget! I wish there was a 10 th star in the rating! We contacted him after we saw a neighbors home he renovated. He is the absolute best and we were so lucky to find him!”

“Robin at RED was incredible to work with as my fiance and I were remodeling the interior of our NYC condo. Robin was able to keep us well informed of the process from start to finish. She made a plan which did not exceed our budget and she stuck to it. She was honest, thoughtful and informed as she took us step by step through the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom renovation and re-design process. “Pro Build did an exceptional job on the complete renovation of our 1985 ranch style home on James Island. Bro Build (Angelo) worked with us to design the additions and offered excellent ideas on the interior space. As we were living in the home during construction, Angelo took into consideration our daily quality of life with minimal disruptions and displacement. The work on the home is excellent and you would never believe it was the same home from the beginning. Take that Fixer Upper!! “Sherri Nester completed our personal residence in January 2014. It was a big undertaking with many unique features and custom requirements. My wife and I could not be happier with the results and we love our new home. Sherri has such skill at creating a home that is timeless and prevented us from making many trendy choices. She designed the home, built it, chose the finishes, colors, and did all interior design work and furnishings. Instead of having to hire different professionals and coordinate them all, she provided all these services and with perfection.
