“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. “We hired Siena to put an addition on our house in 2009. We added a bedroom, bathroom, bonus room, upstairs laundry facilities, mudroom and bumped out our garage. We chose Siena after a bidding process based on plans from an independent architect. We chose Siena because of their competitive pricing and because of their reputation for quality work completed in a timely manner. The time factor was very important to us as we lived in our home during the construction process. We are extremely happy with Siena's work. All of the subs were extremely considerate of our family and went out of their way to be kind to our young children. The construction has proven to be of excellent quality, and we are certain that we made the right decision in choosing Siena to do our project. I also have to add that the work was finished a full week ahead of schedule (out of a 12 week schedule which in and of itself is fast).”

“I had an outstanding experience with Great Rooms in the redesign of my kitchen, laundry room and powder room. They even contracted to have my stairs rebuilt in hardwood. Katlyn led the design work. She delivered a design that gave me much more storage and usability for the size of my kitchen. We used the Houzz website and app to share ideas. Because of Katlyn's strong and creative design sense and the Houzz app, everything went smoothly - from picking cabinets, tile, wall colors, granite and fixtures. Many of my decisions were made over e-mail. Katlyn got to know me and sent me pictures of options. She made the design process very easy and enjoyable. Once designed, Great Rooms delivers a project plan that lays out the experience and expectations to the week and day. They have delivered on the plan consistently throughout. Heath led the construction work and kept me informed throughout. He let me know when I should expect key milestones and when I should be out of the house. He helped me pick just the right color for my hardwood floors to go with the other selections. I can't say enough good things about Great Rooms and the experience Katlyn and Heath delivered. Through thorough up front planning, design, and expectation setting, they go on to deliver a high quality final product! I couldn't be happier!”
