We had worked with Lisa & Gary on upgrading our previous home for sale and were very pleased with their work, so we called them to do the remodel. We love to cook so the kitchen was a priority. Gary and Lisa listened to everything we wanted and came up with the perfect plan doubling our square footage and adding 2 master suites, a fabulous kitchen with a family room and office. An additional window was installed and two French doors replaced old sliders and single door. Additional carpentry work for cabinets, etc. On the eⅹterior French drains were installed and a sump pump was installed in basement.”

“Sami did a wonderful job on our home. We love her style so we pretty much gave her Carte Blanche to do what ever she wanted to based on our budget. She redid the floors, painted the interior and switched out our front door and some windows. She then added all sorts of fun touches like painting the exterior walkway & pool decking to make them really stand out. Put beautiful planters by the front door that really enhance the area. The extra touches were very inexpensive but made a HUGE difference to the overall appearance of the property. We are so glad we trusted our gut and just let her do her thing. She has an amazing eye and some of her suggestions were so simple like moving stuff around and rearranging certain things the end result is fabulous.”
