“Synergy's attention to detail has been outstanding throughout the planning phase of our renovation. Synergy's design team exceeded our expectations and as demolition has now begun we eagerly await the construction phase. We have every confidence that Synergy's team will once again wow us. Update: Our Kitchen/Great Room renovation is complete and Synergy's design and construction teams absolutely blew us away with their attention to detail and customer service. To be fair, it is not possible to completely convey our level of satisfaction in a short review. When is the last time you worked with a team of professionals whose standards for excellence exceed your own? Without fail, when we would raise a potential issue with Synergy we would find out they had already noticed it and created a plan to address it. “Construction & remodeling is a big business. There are many small & large companies competing in the field. What stand out about SB was 1- their estimates were very close to the actual cost, 2- they did the job on time & 3- they made no excuses like lots of others I have seen because they didn’t need to. “Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away.
