“Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. I now live in my dream house; Jay perfectly captured my design aesthetic and created an extremely functional living space. I get so many compliments on every part of my house, even the smallest details that Jay worked tirelessly to deliver. “Craig is a custom builder with a creative, problem solving mindset. I met Craig after I had purchased one of his homes in Castle Pines Village from its original owner. There were many homes available to choose from at the time, but this home stood out clearly above the rest because of it’s quality and craftsmanship throughout the unique custom design. Craig was able to create an enclave complete with wet bar, full bathroom, a conference room and office area with two private decks and a garage for my bikes. He was able to surgically remove the roof above the existing 4-car garage and build the new addition into the home so that after completion it looked like it was always part of the original house. It was very important for me to work with the builder who created the extraordinary home I chose, but I was even more impressed when I had the opportunity to work with Craig on my addition. He has an excellent reputation among his homeowners and it was easy to understand why. He was highly recommended to me from one of my fellow executives with Harley who also bought one of Craig’s custom homes in the Village. Craig embodies honesty, quality, creativity and value engineering in a personal builder-client relationship that makes building your custom home an enjoyable journey.”

“We used Basement Edge (Marty Shelburne and Todd Tretev) for our basement remodel. They were great. We knew that if we put the bathroom where it was plumbed it would be a mistake from a design standpoint and they were the only contractor who said -- yes, you're right and went the extra step to help us put it in the best possible location. We worked with their designer who had great suggestions for wall color, carpet and placement of cabinets, lighting, etc. I'd use them again without question. We did take 3 bids when we started our project and they were not the least expensive but certainly competitive and their advise was invaluable.”

“Gabriela went way beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I pull together the remodel/interior design of my home in 2 months. I had a contractor but we needed help to choose tile, paint, draperies, faucets, tub, lighting fixtures and more. She also gave us contact information to find a great electrician to install new lighting fixtures - sconces, chandeliers, and many recessed lights to brighten up a dark home. We met at stores and showrooms. Gabriela met our deadline, gave us suggestions but is a great listener and always supported our decisions.”
