“A year ago, we selected TC Legend Homes to build a custom designed, energy-efficient home in Whatcom county, Washington State. The construction started in mid-March, and completed by end of October 2019, two months ahead of the original schedule. The management team was professional in project planning, cost estimate and budget control, building permit application processes, and managing the project milestones/deadlines.
