This is so helpful for homeowners who want to stay on time and on budget. And best of all, April develops a detailed project calendar that specifies which trades are doing what work on a daily basis along with stated weekly construction goals. “I worked with Bakken Design Build to build a new three-story (attic on the top floor) home and garage from an existing foundation (garage has new foundation poured). The owner, Joel, was insightful during the planning and design phases, taking the time to meet me and discuss any questions or requests I had. He had great ideas and was able to plan well, also having given advice on living areas that I would not have thought about. During construction, the Bakken Design Build staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with me stopping by the project site to asking questions or just checking out the work. Design or material choices were always offered with dollar amounts, preventing surprises. Overall, this company was a pleasure to work with, taking the project from start to completion. I've been living in the home for several months now, and it's a lovely place to be. The design aesthetics often get complements from passerby's and neighbors.”

“I've had the pleasure of working with the great team at Irons Brothers Construction for two charity events: Painting a Better Tomorrow - an annual fall event, where members and friends of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish counties commit one Saturday to paint and make minor cosmetic repairs to homeless shelters and nonprofit agencies throughout our community. MBA Rampathon - Since 1993 Rampathon has built more than 300 free ramps for families in King and Snohomish counties through this annual event. I have never met a more dedicated team of professionals who donate their outstanding skills and time to reach out in the community. Their team made me feel welcome and happy to be a part of the project with them. The single mother saw her apartment repainted so carefully she had tears in her eyes, and a renewed sense of pride to accomplish her goals. She kept saying she couldn't believe that anyone would do this for her. Twice I have been witness to the results of their charitable works and both times, the recipients have been exceptionally pleased with the life changing results. The ramp I worked with them on freed a woman who'd not been able to leave her house easily due to a crippling handicap. The ramp changed her life! “We hired Versa Platinum Renovations to add 600 square feet to home and completely renovate an additional 500+ square feet inside, just the thought of this was a scary Reno for us with three small kids and having to open up the whole side of our home in the winter months to the environment, From the initial conversation with Felipe determining the budget, permits, Andrea designs and construction it was incredible! we had a very clear communication through the whole project, it was completed on time and on budget!!
