“I'm the Vice President of my subdivisions HOA board. We had a major leak in our clubhouse bathroom. The leak happened in the wall and turned into a rupture. Water fooded the bathroom which over flowed into the common area. Drywall, bathroom stalls, vanity, and carpet in the common area needed replaced and rehabilitated. Eric from Guinness Construction did an incredible job and gave us added value where he was able to save money and put it to better use in upgrades. His pricing was fair, the work was done on time and with high quality. This is also the reason we used him again when we had another ruptured line a few months later but this time in the kitchenette. The outdoor hose bib was not insulated and came into the building in the wall behind the kitchen cabinets. This line ruptured. The water only ran for a few hours. The damage wasn't as bad as in the bathroom but cabinets had to be replaced as did the flooring and some drywall. Eric again delivered on time and quality work. We will use him in further work and have recommended his service to our residences.”
