My experience with Benchmark Builders was awesome. They did a total renovation of my house to include complete kitchen remodel removing the wall between the kitchen and the living room. Taking all the swirl ceilings and replacing with drywall all new hardwood flooring new paint new master bedroom bath and new master bedroom walk-in closet. All new windows. Renovating the guest bath. Putting down all new subfloor before the hardwood oak flooring. Resurfacing all the wallpaper and repainting. All new doors including a new garage door. Completely cleaning out the basement and power washing it. New roof new gutters. Connecting the carport to the house to connect to a dog yard including a new concrete walkway to keep mud out of the house. All new insulation all electrical brought up to code. All new exterior paint. All new front porch. The front porch was completely rotted they removed the whole front porch and replaced it including beautiful stone trim and new flagstone step and walkway. Installed a second driveway with gravel going to my basement garage. In addition they completely cleared the lot which had been owned by a hoarder for 26 years so there was a lot of debris piles. They also installed a large retaining wall after removing some rotted steps in my yard that had quite a large difference in grade. Benchmark Builders basically rebuilt this house and it is absolutely gorgeous. Needless to say the value of this house was tremendously increased and I thought the price was extremely reasonable and the work top notch. Benchmark Builders were extremely honest they did everything they agreed to do and did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for a new build or renovation. They can pretty much do anything!

Benchmark Builders was great from the very beginning. I reached out to several builders to construct my home, but Benchmark Builders was the only company willing to truly work with me on the specifications that my wife and I wanted. We met directly with Tom and he explained the entire process. Throughout construction, he kept in contact, handled all of the errands regarding permit gathering, and never tried to up-sell us. He always layed out the options we had, and even showed me ways to save money without compromising quality. Everyone on his crew was extremely friendly and professional. They definitely pay attention to detail. Even my father-in-law was impressed! I wish we could give more than 5 stars. They will be our first call for all future projects!

Very well managed job and good subs. Very knowledgeable and helpful with custom designs inside and out. Versatile in the work that they can do. We had 2 issues that where well outside of the 1 year warranty and they were both fixed at no charge.

I would like to express my appreciation to Tom Carter and his company Benchmark Builders Inc. for their dedication to the success of my office build-out in Inman Park. The workmanship and dedication to his craft is exceptional. His enthusiasm and commitment to quality even with an aggressive schedule was well demonstrated not to mention his keen design expertise. Daily, people walk by our front window, stop, and back up to look at how cool our office is. He added curves where there were no curves. He added square footage and creative work space. He added soft edges to corners. None were part of the plan... but he took the time and creative energy to constantly make it better... and finished on time and on budget. Tom's efforts were the reason for the success of the entire project enabling early occupancy for my company. Being in a creative industry, it was so important to have a work space that inspires. He created that for us. We sincerely look forward to working with Tom and Benchmark Builder for any future projects. I seldom give recommendations but I am happy to recommend them to anyone. I hired Benchmark Builders Inc to design and build my dreamhouse. I could not be happier with the result. Their professionalism and attention to detail was unbelievable. I finally have the house that I always wanted.
