“Nick Mao of FTA Construction did a beautiful job on my bathroom/family room remodel and kitchen upgrade. I am so grateful. Nick's ability to "see" my vision was evident during our first visit. He took the time to get to know me and the style I was going after. Throughout the whole process his recommendations were spot on. He worked hard to keep my vision intact, on time, and in budget even when having to make changes. He is a great communicator and I was kept informed throughout. The delays were even communicated to me well. The finishing touches were from his eye. His attention to detail was exceptional and made the entire remodel extremely cohesive and intentional. “APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

“People always talk about how choosing the wrong contractor will cost you a lot of time, money and heartache. So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity. With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc. In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault. Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project. Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.”

“Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously.
